Welcome to The Daily Cleanse Membership


I'm excited to share a practice that I have been doing on myself for years as a way to come back to center and clear emotional blocks from my body. My intention is to offer a sacred space that you can easily return to anytime, anywhere. I'll be showing you self-healing hand positions for different emotions, and how they relate to your energy centers. This practice helps me to get past my busy mind, connect with my emotions, and find clarity in what I need to do to heal.


WHEN TO USE THE DAILY EMOTIONAL CLEANSE

HOW TO USE THIS AS A TOOL FOR HEALING

Emotions are not for us to fix, but rather for us to befriend so that we can consciously experience the richness of life through our senses. By meeting our emotions with compassion, we can peel back layer by layer to discover our truth.

3 STEPS

1) Listen to the Energy Cleanse for the emotion that you want to work on. If you have time I would recommend doing the Quieting the Mind Energy Cleanse before focusing on the particular emotion.

2) Contemplate and Journal on the Reflection questions for clarity on how to heal

3) Join the Monthly Group Meet-Up so that you can get coaching from me.


WHO IS THIS FOR?

I was inspired to create this for my 1:1 clients and students so that they always have access to a self-healing tool that empowers them as their own healers. I am now extending this tool for everyone who:

  • Find their own understanding of emotions
  • Connect with the energy of emotions
  • Channel this energy into creativity
